Inside information: Componenta's EUR 50 million deal with the Finnish Defence Forces confirmed

Inside information: The Minister of Defence has today approved the proposal of the Ministry of Defence, supported by the Finance Committee, to acquire 120 mm shell-tailed compositions for the Defence Forces' grenade launchers during 2025-2028. The total value of the transaction is approximately EUR 50 million, including an option worth approximately EUR 9 million for 2028.

Yesterday, on 30 May, Componenta announced the favourable opinion of the Finance Committee on the above-mentioned The Ministry of Defence's proposal. The full release is available on our website www.componenta.com.

The current transaction has no impact on Componenta's profit guidance for 2024.
