Componenta Corporation has on 5 October 2020 received the following notification
pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act. According to the
notification, ownership of Joensuun Kauppa ja Kone Oy controlled by Kyösti
Kakkonen to shares and voting rights in Componenta Corporation has exceeded 10%
on 5 October 2020.

The crossing above the notification limit is related to the change in major
shareholders of Componenta Corporation, as published on 5 October 2020. In
connection with this change, it was published that CapMan managed funds and
Leverator Oy sold all their shares of Componenta Corporation to an investor
group led by Joensuun Kauppa ja Kone Oy and Etra Capital Oy.
