Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release 5 September 2019 at 13.40 Componenta Corporation has on 5 September 2019 received the following notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act according to which the holding of Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company in Componenta Corporation shares and voting rights has decreased below 5% on 4 September 2019. The crossing below the notification limit is related to directed share issue arranged to sellers in acquisition of Komas Oy which results in decrease in shareholding of Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company. A total of 60 million new shares subscribed for in the directed share issue after which the total number of Componenta Corporation’s shares is 237,269,224.
