Componenta Corporation: Notification under Chapter 9 Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release on 6 September 2019 at 10.00 Componenta Corporation has on 5 September 2019 received the following notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act according to which the holding of CapMan Buyout VIII Fund A L.P. and its portfolio company Fortaco Oy in Componenta Corporation shares and voting rights has exceeded 15% on 4 September 2019. The crossing above the notification limit is related to Componenta’s directed share issue to pay the purchase price regarding acquisition of Komas Oy. A total of 60 million new shares subscribed for in the directed share issue after which the total number of Componenta Corporation’s shares is 237,269,224.
