Correction to stock exchange release “Componenta Corporation: notification under Chapter 9 Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act”

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release on 9 September 2019 at 10.45

This is a correction to Componenta Corporation’s stock exchange release
published on 4 September 2019 at 16.45. The total percentage of Etra Capital
Oy’s shares and voting rights including financial instruments on the date on
which the threshold was crossed was 8.43% instead of the announced 8.42% in the
table describing the total position of Etra Capital Oy subject to the
notification. Please find below the corrected release:

Componenta Corporation has on 4 September 2019 received the following
notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act
according to which the holding of Etra Capital Oy in Componenta Corporation
shares and voting rights has decreased below 10% on 4 September 2019. The
crossing below the notification limit is related to directed share issue
arranged to sellers in acquisition of Komas Oy which results in decrease in
shareholding of Etra Capital Oy. A total of 60 million new shares subscribed for
in the directed share issue after which the total number of Componenta
Corporation’s shares is 237,269,224.
