Componenta Corporation (Business ID 1635451-6) has today received the following
notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act
according to which the total holding of Heikki Lehtonen and Oy Högfors-Trading
Ab and Cabana Trade S.A., in which he exercises control, in Componenta
Corporation shares and voting rights has decreased below 5 % on 13 October
2016. Reason for the flagging notification is based on increase in number of
Componenta Corporation’s shares and sale of share.
