Componenta Corporation: Notification according to Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Securities Markets Act

Componenta Corporation has today received a notification of change in holdings in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act as follows:

"Notification according to Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Markets Act

Finnish Industry Investment Ltd's share of the total number of shares and voting rights in Componenta Corporation has exceeded 5 per cent.

In accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act we hereby notify the Financial Supervisory Authority and Componenta Corporation as follows:

1. Name of the issuer of shares: Componenta Corporation
2. Reason for the flagging notification: Componenta Corporation's share issue 2012.
3. Name and business identity code of the shareholder subject to the notification obligation: Finnish Industry Investment Ltd, Business ID 1007806-3.
4. Date of change in holdings: 27 March 2012.
5. Share of the total number of shares and voting rights in the issuer:

Finnish Industry Investment Ltd's shareholding before the share issue:
Number of shares: 666,666 shares
Share of the total number of shares and voting rights: 3.81%.

Finnish Industry Investment Ltd's shareholding following the share issue:
Number of shares: 1,416,666 shares
Share of the total number of shares and voting rights: 6.38%.

The calculation basis for the flagging is the total number of Componenta Corporation shares and voting rights following the share issue. The number of Componenta Corporation shares and voting rights totals 22,213,123 after the share issue."
