Componenta plans to sell its shareholding in the Turkish subsidiary

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release on 7.10.2016 at 9.30 Componenta Corporation plans to sell its shareholding in Componenta Dökümcülük Ticaret ve Sanayi A.S. Componenta targets to achieve a solution, as a result of which the Componenta group companies outside Turkey would be released from their debts from Componenta Dökümcülük Ticaret ve Sanayi A.S. and its subsidiary and the Turkish subsidiary's operational situation would improve. The arrangement is not expected to have an impact on Componenta Corporation’s cash flow or on the operations of remaining subsidiaries. Componenta Dökümcülük Ticaret ve Sanayi A.S. had a net sales of EUR 260 million in 2015 and it employs some 2,600 people. Componenta Corporation’s shareholding amounts to 93.6 % of the company’s shares and votes.
