A total of 7,800 Componenta Corporation’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2018C. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2018C, the entire subscription price of EUR 23,595.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. After the trade registration the total count of shares is 9,720,557.

The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2018C have been registered in the Trade Register on 16 April 2025, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.

The shares subscription period for stock options 2018C will end on 30 November 2025.
