New long-term financing of EUR 15 million to Componenta’s subsidiary Componenta Dökümcülük A.S.

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release 28.07.2016 at 13.30 Componenta Dökümcülük A.S. has on 28 July 2016 signed a new 4-year credit facility agreement of EUR 15 million. The new loan is a separate tranche under EUR 120 million club loan agreement signed in 2014 and amended in 2015. The counter-parties of the financing agreement are Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. Orhangazi/Bursa Branch, Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. Organised Industry Commercial/Bursa Branch, T.C. and Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Bursa Corporate Branch.
