Listing prospectus for Componenta notes available

Componenta Corporation has decided to apply the loan units of the unsecured notes issued on 2 September 2013 for trading on the regulated market on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd stock list. The loan units are expected to be listed on 17 October 2013 with the trading code CTHJ107517. The principal of the notes is EUR 22,295,000.

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved Componenta Corporation's listing prospectus related to the listing of the loan units of the unsecured notes 2013. The prospectus will be available 15 October 2013 onwards, at the latest, during regular office hours at the Company's head office, Panuntie 4, FI-00610 Helsinki, Finland, as well as on the Company's website at http://www.commonenta.com/fi_investors/fi_componenta_ir/fi_shares_and_shareholders/fi_convertible_capital_notes/. The prospectus is available in Finnish only.
