Componenta applies for listing of a bond and a subordinated capital loan

Componenta Corporation announced the issue of a bond on 28 September 2010 and the issue of a subordinated capital loan on 13 September 2010. The amount of the bond is EUR 26,870,000, and the annual fixed interest to be paid on the principal of the bond is 8.00%. The bond was issued on 29 September 2010, and its maturity is three years. The amount of the subordinated capital loan is EUR 23,400,000, and the annual fixed interest to be paid on the principal of the loan is 10.00%. The subordinated capital loan was issued on 15 September 2010, and its maturity is five years.

The Company has decided to apply for public listing of the loan units of the bond and the subordinated capital loan on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd stock list. Trading with the loan units is expected to begin on 19 April 2011.
