For Componenta a new long-term credit facility of EUR 200 million

Componenta Corporation has on 28 June 2007 signed a new 5-year syndicated credit facility of EUR 200 million. The facility replaces the present credit facilities, including bank loans for the acquisition of the Turkish foundry company Döktas in 2006. The new credit facility will strengthen Componenta's financial position and improve opportunities to develop the core business.

In the facility are participating Swedbank AB (publ.), Nordea Bank Finland Plc, OKO Bank Plc, Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG, ABN Amro Bank N.V., Danskebank, and HSH-Nordbank AG.

The new credit facility is estimated to have a positive impact on Componenta's financial costs.
