Change in Componenta’s Corporate Executive Team

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release on 19 April 2021 at 3:00 p.m. EEST

Componenta Corporation’s General Counsel and member of Corporate Executive Team
Mervi Immonen will move to another position. Mervi Immonen will leave the
company as of June 2021, at the latest. Until then she will continue in her
current position.

has been significant changes in the company and Mervi has actively taken part in
implementation of these. I wish her success in all her future endeavors”, says
Sami Sivuranta, the President and CEO.

The search for a successor will be initiated immediately.
