Hanna Seppänen has been appointed as General Counsel and a member of Corporate
Executive Team of Componenta Corporation

Hanna Seppänen LL.M., 47, has been appointed as General Counsel and a member of
Corporate Executive Team of Componenta Corporation as her predecessor has joined
another employer. She shall take up her position on 1 November 2021. Most
recently, Hanna Seppänen has served as Director, Legal and Investor relations in
Siili Solutions Oyj. Previously she has served at Terveystalo as General Counsel
and as a legal counsel inter alia in Tallink Silja and Orion.
