Changes in Componenta’s Corporate Executive Team

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release, 27 February 2020 at 13.00 The Corporate Executive Team of Componenta will reduce from seven to five members, effective 1 March 2020. The change aims at cost efficient administration and clearer responsibilities in the management of Componenta Corporation. In connection with this change, Pasi Mäkinen, currently Director, Material Services, is appointed Componenta’s Chief Operating Officer as of 1 March 2020. Miikka Jämsén, Director, Sales and Marketing, currently member of Corporate Executive Team, will be reporting to COO Pasi Mäkinen in the new setup. Arto Pitkämö, Director, Machining Services, will leave the company. The composition of the Corporate Executive Team as of 1 March 2020 will be: President and CEO Marko Penttinen, General Counsel Mervi Immonen, CFO Marko Karppinen, COO Pasi Mäkinen, and Director, Development Sami Sivuranta.
