Appointment in Componenta’s Corporate Executive Team

Mervi Immonen has been appointed Group General Counsel and as a member of the Corporate Executive Team of Componenta Corporation as of 17 May 2018. She has worked as company’s Legal Counsel since 2017 and several years in different legal and managerial positions before joining Componenta. Mervi Immonen reports to CEO and President Harri Suutari.

As of 17 May 2018, Componenta’s Corporate Executive Team consist of CEO Harri Suutari, Group General Counsel Mervi Immonen, CFO Marko Karppinen and COO Pasi Mäkinen.
