Change in Componenta’s Corporate Executive Team

Tuula Rainto has been appointed Group’s General Counsel and as a member of the Corporate Executive Team as of 2 May 2017. She reports to CEO Harri Suutari.

Previously Rainto has worked e.g. as General Counsel at Vaasan Oy and Group General Counsel at SRV Yhtiöt Oyj as well as being responsible for group level legal affairs at Perlos Oyj and Elcoteq Networks Oyj.
