Composition of Componenta Nomination Board

The following largest shareholders of Componenta, according to the shareholder
register on 31 August 2016 maintained by Euroclear Finland, have each nominated
one member to the Nomination Board of Componenta as follows:

-- Erkki Etola, shareholder Etra Capital Oy and Tiiviste Group Oy
-- Mikko Mursula, shareholder Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company
-- Timo Sallinen, shareholder Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company

In addition, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Matti Ruotsala acts as an
expert member of the Nomination Board. The Nomination Board elected Timo
Sallinen as its chairman.

The Nomination Board annually prepares and presents the proposals for next
Annual General Meeting concerning the composition and remuneration of the Board
of Directors. The Nomination Board will deliver its proposals to the Board of
Directors no later than by the end of January 2017.
