Composition of Componenta Nomination Board

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Relase 25.9.2015 at 11.30 Componenta's three largest shareholders, according to the shareholder register on 31 August 2015 maintained by Euroclear Finland, have each nominated one member to the Nomination Board of Componenta as follows: -- Erkki Etola, shareholder Etra Capital Oy -- Reima Rytsölä, shareholder Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company -- Heikki Lehtonen, shareholders Heikki Lehtonen and the companies in which he exercises control, Oy Högfors-Trading Ab and Cabana Trade SA In addition, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Harri Suutari acts as an expert member of the Nomination Board. The General Meeting of Componenta resolved on 11 March 2015 to establish a Nomination Board consisting of shareholders or their representatives to annually prepare and present proposals for next Annual General Meeting concerning the composition and remuneration of the Board of Directors. The Nomination Committee will deliver its proposals to the Board of Directors no later than by the end of January preceding next Annual General Meeting.
