Markku Honkasalo appointed CFO of Componenta

Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release 14.12.2015 at 8.45

Markku Honkasalo, 51, has been appointed CFO of Componenta Corporation and a
member of the Corporate Executive Team being responsible for Componenta’s
finance and treasury functions. Honkasalo reports to CEO and President Harri
Suutari. Honkasalo will start in his position on December 14, 2015.

Markku Honkasalo has a strong and extensive experience in leading finance and
treasury functions. At the latest, he has worked as CFO of Rautaruukki
Corporation (2011–2013) and CFO of Valmet Corporation (2013–2015). Honkasalo
holds LL.M. and eMBA degrees and is also trained at the bench.

“Markku Honkasalo brings strong finance and financing know-how to Componenta,
and will act in a key role when improving profitability and strengthening
financial position of the company,” says CEO and President Harri Suutari.

Componenta’s current CFO Henri Berg moves back to his previous position as VP,
Finance and Controlling of Componenta Corporation.
