Componenta to renew the Corporate Executive Team

Yrjö Julin, COO, will no longer continue for personal reasons in the service of Componenta. Olli Karhunen has as of 1 March 2012 been appointed Senior Vice President (SVP) Operations Development, being responsible for developing operations (machining and foundry technology development, sourcing and internal sourcing, quality and environment) at Componenta. He reports to President and CEO Heikki Lehtonen. Previously Olli Karhunen acted as SVP of Operations Finland.

Seppo Erkkilä has, as of 1 March 2012, been appointed as SVP of Operations Finland and a member of the Corporate Executive Team. Previously he worked as Business Unit Director in Componenta's Pori foundry. Other country responsibilities remain the same: Hakan Göral, SVP of Operations Turkey; Michael Sjöberg, SVP of Operations Sweden; and Patrick Steensels, SVP of Operations Holland. The SVP's have business responsibility of operations in their respective countries and they report to President and CEO Heikki Lehtonen.

Antti Lehto has, as of 1 March 2012, been appointed SVP of Sales and Product Development and a member of the Corporate Executive Team, reporting to President and CEO Heikki Lehtonen. Previously Antti Lehto acted as Vice President of Sales, Central Europe and Off-road customer business area.

As of March 2012 the Corporate Executive Team (CET) of Componenta Corporation comprises the following members: President and CEO Heikki Lehtonen, CFO Mika Hassinen, SVP of HR and Internal Communications Anu Mankki, SVP of Operations Development Olli Karhunen, SVP of Legal and Risk Management Pauliina Rannikko, SVP of Sales and Product Development Antti Lehto, SVP of Operations Turkey Hakan Göral, SVP of Operations Finland Seppo Erkkilä, SVP of Operations Sweden Michael Sjöberg, and SVP of Operations Holland Patrick Steensels. Componenta's reporting segments remain the same and they are Turkey, Finland, Holland and Sweden.
