Release from Escrow

Complii FinTech Solutions Limited ( Complii or the Company ) (CF1.ASX) hereby advises pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A that the following unquoted securities are due to be released from escrow on 10 December 2021:

• 213,698 fully paid ordinary shares;

• 11,249,683 options exercisable at $0.05 each on or before 31 December 2022;

• 10,000,000 options exercisable at $0.05 each on or before 31 December 2023; and

• 14,999,575 options exercisable at $0.10 each on or before 31 December 2023.

Complii will apply to ASX for quotation of the shares under separate cover.
