REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Complii FinTech Solutions Ltd (ASX:CF1) (the Company ) requests an extension to the voluntary suspension of its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding the off-market takeover offer ( Offer ) to acquire all of the fully paid ordinary shares in Registry Direct Limited (ASX: RD1) ( Registry Direct ) pursuant to the bidder’s statement dated 20 June 2022 (as supplemented on 3 August 2022), which closed at 5.00pm (AEST) on 19 August 2022.
The Company estimates that it will be able to lodge an announcement on or before the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 30 August 2022.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the request should not be granted, nor of any other relevant information in relation to this request.
