PrimaryMarkets Takeover Offer Achieves 100% Acceptances
Complii FinTech Solutions Ltd (CF1.ASX) ( Complii ) is pleased to advise that it has now received acceptances from all shareholders of PrimaryMarkets Limited ( PrimaryMarkets ) pursuant to Complii’s bidder’s statement dated 22 September 2021 to acquire 100% of the fully paid ordinary shares in PrimaryMarkets ( Takeover Offer ). As a consequence, Complii now has a relevant interest in 100% of the shares in PrimaryMarkets.
Complii will now work with PrimaryMarkets to ensure the satisfaction of the other bid conditions of the Takeover Offer.
