Dispatch of Takeover Documents

Intiger Group Limited (ASX: IAM) ( Intiger ) is pleased to announce it has today completed dispatch of the bidder’s statement dated 2 November 2020 which contains an offer for all of the fully paid ordinary issued shares on issue in Complii FinTech Solutions Ltd ( Complii ) ( Offers ).

The dispatch of the Target’s Statement issued by Complii has also been completed. The Directors of Complii have unanimously recommended Complii shareholders accept the Offers subject to there being no superior proposal.

A copy of the Bidder’s Statement and the Target’s Statement sent to Complii shareholders are attached to the ASX announcement released by Intiger on 3 November 2020.

The Offers are dated 3 November 2020 and are scheduled to close on 3 December 2020, unless extended in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
