Share Purchases by Red Rock Resources Plc

Red Rock Resources Plc has been actively purchasing Resource Star Limited Shares on market since the Company successfully relisted in February 2010.

On the 11 March 2010 Red Rock purchased 250,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares in addition to the purchase on 4 March 2010 of 500,000 Shares; this means that Red Rock has purchased on market since re-listing 750,000 Shares. Red Rock is committed to purchasing further Shares on market in the coming weeks.

Attached is an Appendix 3Y for Mr Bell following the recent Share purchase on 11 March 2010.
