Release from Escrow

Complii FinTech Solutions Limited ( Complii or the Company ) (CF1.ASX) hereby advises pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A that the following unquoted securities are due to be released from escrow on 17 December 2022:

• 81,112,062 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares );

• 16,992,761 options exercisable at $0.05 each on or before 31 December 2022;

• 26,293,351 options exercisable at $0.10 each on or before 31 December 2023; and

• 12,000,000 performance rights.

Additionally, 40,742,712 quoted Shares are due to be released from voluntary escrow on 17 December 2022.
