Clarification of the Terms of the Listed Options Offered under the NonRenounceable Rights Issue

Resource Star Limited ( Resource or the Company ) refers to the Appendix 3B released on 08 April 2014 detailing the Securities to be issued under the Non-Renounceable Rights Issue and wish to clarify the terms of the Listed Options being offered.

One (1) Listed Option will be issued for every two (2) Shares (1 for 2) issued;

The Options will have an exercise price of $0.004 and are being issued at no cost to Shareholders; and

The Options have an expected expiry date of 31 March 2016
