Closing Date of Entitlement Issue Prospectus Extended

Resource Star Limited ( the Company ) (ASX:RSL) advises that the Entitlement Issue Prospectus Closing Date has been extended from Monday, 12 May 2014 to 5.00pm (WST) Monday, 19 May 2014.

This extension of time will enable the Company to complete processing of applications and reconciliation of funds for full subscription.

It is expected that the Holding Statements will now be dispatched on or around the 27 May 2014.
