Share Purchase Plan Extension to Closing Date

The Directors of Resource Star Ltd advise that the Closing Date for the acceptance of applications under the Share Purchase Plan as announced on 9 January 2013 has been extended.

The Closing Date for the Offer is 5:00pm AEDST 22 February 2013.

The extension is designed to provide sufficient time to allow all investors to present their applications and funds.
