Share Purchase Plan Extension to Closing Date
The Directors of Resource Star Ltd advise that the revised Closing Date for the acceptance of applications under the Share Purchase Plan as announced on 1 February 2013 has been extended for a further two (2) weeks.
The Closing Date for the Offer is 5:00pm AEDST 8 March 2013 .
The extension is designed to provide sufficient time for investors to take advantage of the change in the Offer price as announced on 4 February 2013.
The extension to the Closing Date has resulted in a change to the Indicative Timetable as detailed below:
