RESOURCE STAR FINALISES ACQUISITION OF SPINIFEX URANIUM PROJECT

Resource Star Limited ( the Company ) refers to the ASX Announcement released on 29 October 2012 advising of the termination of the Spinifex joint venture with Thundelarra Limited ( Thundelarra ) and the agreement to acquire 100% of the Spinifex tenement (E80/3572) from Thundelarra.

The Company now confirms that the condition precedents and regulatory approvals required for the finalisation of the acquisition in accordance with the Agreement for Sale of Mining Assets and other associated documentation have now been met and settlement between the Company and Thundelarra has taken place as at 26 July 2013.

The five (5) million Shares issued to Thundelarra as consideration have been allotted under Resource Star’s 15% placement capacity and the applicable Appendix 3B in relation to this issue has been released.
