Closing Date of Entitlement Issue Prospectus Extended

Resource Star Limited (ASX:RSL) advises that the Entitlement Issue Prospectus Closing Date has been extended from Tuesday, 6 March 2012 to 5.00pm (WST) Friday, 16 March 2012.

This extension of time will enable the Company to complete processing of applications and funds reconciliation for full subscription.

It is expected that the Holding Statements will now be dispatched on or around the 24 March 2012.
