Confirmation of New Dispatch Date of Entitlement Issue Holding Statements

Resource Star Limited (ASX:RSL) advises that following the extension to the Entitlement Issue Prospectus Closing Date to 5.00pm (WST) Friday, 16 March 2012 this has resulted in alterations to other Important Dates.

Following consultation with the Registry and the ASX; the Company confirms that the Entitlement Issue Holding Statements will now be dispatched on 26 March 2012 .
