LIVINGSTONIA TRANSFER APPROVED
Resource Star Limited (“RSL”) (ASX:RSL) is pleased to announce that the Malawi Minister for Energy and Mining has approved the transfer of the Livingstonia Uranium Project EPL0187/05 from Globe Metals & Mining Ltd (ASX:GBE) to RSL on 27 November 2012.
The Minister also approved the transfer of the Machinga Rare Earths Project EPL0230/08 from RSL to Globe Metals & Mining Ltd on the same date.
The transfers give effect to the transaction announced by RSL and Globe Metals & Mining Ltd on 15 May 2012.
