Share Offer Fully Committed

Resource Star Limited is pleased to announce that there has been a strong demand for the Offer made pursuant to the Replacement Prospectus released in December 2009 and the Company has received firm commitments for the full Offer amount.

The Company has extended the closing date of the Offer to Friday, 5 February 2010 to allow all applicants sufficient time to present their application forms and funds to the Registry.

The Directors retain the right to close the Offer prior to 5 February 2010 if all applications and funds are received prior to this date.
