Re-Listing Offer Closed

The Directors of Resource Star Limited (ASX:RSL) advise that the Offer to raise capital under the Replacement Prospectus lodged 11 December 2009 is now closed having raised above the minimum subscription amount.

Below is the anticipated timetable that the Company will be following:

Allotment Date Friday, 19 February 2010 Dispatch Date Monday, 22 February 2010 Provision of documentation to ASX 22 to 23 February 2010

Once the Company has completed the ASX’s requirements for re-listing Resource Star Limited will be admitted to the Official List followed by quotation of its Securities.
