Non Renounceable Option Entitlement Issue

Resource Star Limited refers to the Option Entitlement Prospectus lodged on 17 June 2010.

In accordance with the Timetable and Important Dates the Notice of Issue that is required to be sent to eligible Shareholders is attached .

Dear Shareholder

Non Renounceable Option Entitlement Issue

Resource Star Limited is pleased to advise that it will be offering its Shareholders a Non Renounceable Entitlements Issue at an issue price of 1 cent per Option on the basis of one (1) Option for every two (2) Shares held. Shareholders who hold Resource Star Limited Shares at 5.00pm on 28 June 2010 (“Record Date”) will be entitled to participate in the Option Entitlement Issue.

The Listed Options are exercisable at 20 cents each on or before 30 September 2012.

The Prospectus relating to this Entitlement Issue has been lodged with the ASX. The Prospectus is available on the ASX website at www.asx.com.au and the Company’s website at www.resourcestar.com.au The Prospectus containing the entitlement and Acceptance Form will be dispatched to all Shareholders registered at the Record Date.

The Important Dates of the Option Entitlement Issue are set out below:

Lodgement of Prospectus and Appendix 3B with the ASX	17 June 2010
Notice of Issue sent to eligible Shareholders	21 June 2010
Ex Date	22 June 2010
Record Date to determine Shareholder Entitlements	28 June 2010
Prospectus and Application Form dispatched and Opening Date of Offer	30 June 2010
Closing Date of Offer	14 July 2010
Quotation date of Securities on a deferred settlement basis	15 July 2010
Notification of Under Subscriptions	19 July 2010
Allotment and issue of New Options	22 July 2010
Dispatch of shareholding statements for New Options	22 July 2010
Normal trading commences	23 July 2010

These dates are subject to change by the Company in consultation with the Underwriter and ASX.

The Entitlement Issue is Non Renounceable so the issue cannot be traded onto someone else if Shareholders do not wish to subscribe for some or all of the new Options.
