Closure of Non Renounceable Entitlements Issue and Extension of General Offer

Resource Star Limited advises that the Non Renounceable Entitlements Issue announced on the 4[th] July 2008 has closed as at 26 August 2008 in accordance with the timetable.

The Company wishes to advise that as the Minimum Subscription has not yet been reached, the closing date of the Prospectus has been extended to 5.00pm AEST on Tuesday, 9 September 2008.

Eligible Shareholders who did not participate in the Entitlement Issue can still take up their entitlement through the extended General Offer.

The allotment/issue of Shares under the Entitlements Issue will be deferred until the minimum subscription under the Prospectus is achieved.
