Extension of General Offer

The Company would like to thank those investors who have subscribed for shares under both the Entitlements Issue and General Offer announced on 4 July 2008.

The Company has identified investors and now requires additional time to complete the funding transactions in order to reach minimum subscription. As such the closing date of the General Offer under the Prospectus has been extended to 5.00pm AEST on Friday, 26 September 2008.

Eligible Shareholders who did not participate in the Entitlement Issue can still take up their entitlement through the extended General Offer.

The allotment/issue of Shares under the Entitlements Issue will be deferred until the minimum subscription under the Prospectus is achieved.
