Capital Raising Commitments

On 9 May 2007 Retail Star Limited (Retail Star) announced it had agreed to acquire 100% of uranium exploration company, Orion Exploration Pty Ltd (Orion), subject to certain conditions being satisfied and shareholder approval.

As part of the transaction. Retail Star intends to raise \$562,500 by the issue of 37,500,000 shares at 1.5 cents each, part of which will be used to fund further development of the tenements held by Orion.

The Directors of Retail Star are pleased to advise that it has received commitments for the capital raising. Completion of the issue is subject to shareholder approval and proceeds are expected to be received immediately following the shareholders' meeting planned for mid July 2007.
