Complii welcomes Nick Prosser to its Board

Complii FinTech Solutions Limited “Complii” (CF1.ASX) today announces that Nicholas (Nick) Prosser has joined its board in line with its strategic focus on leveraging significant growth opportunities. Mr Prosser joins as a non-executive director with effect from 1 July 2021.

Mr Prosser is a highly regarded fintech specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the internet, communications and telecommunications ( ICT ) industry. He is well positioned to help guide Complii through the next growth phase as we expand our product offering to Complii’s broad client base of over 90 brokerage firms and AFSL group clients. Mr Prosser is a director of a number of private companies in Australia and Asia. He is also a non-executive director of ASX listed Advance Human Imaging (ASX:AHI).

Mr Prosser was the founder and director of ThinkCaddie, a complementary business acquired by Complii in November 2019 prior to the off-market takeover of Complii Limited in December 2020. ThinkCaddie is part of the Complii product suite and offers continuing professional development ( CPD ) content and manages the CPD obligations of the advisers in Complii’s client base. Mr Prosser was also a founder of Canberra Data Centre which was acquired by Infratil and Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation for an enterprise value of $1.1 billion in 2016.

Mr Prosser has a Diploma in Security (Risk Management) from The Canberra Institute of Technology and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
