Appointment and Resignation of Company Secretary

Intiger Group Limited ( Intiger or the Company ) ( ASX:IAM ) would like to announce the resignation of Mr Stephen Buckley as Company Secretary of the Company with an effective date of 29 October 2020 and the Board expresses its appreciation to Mr Buckley for his contribution to the Company during his tenure.

The Board of Intiger is pleased to further announce the appointment of Mr Stuart Usher as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect immediately.

Mr Usher is a CPA and Chartered Company Secretary with 25 years of extensive experience in the management and corporate affairs of public listed companies. He holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia and has extensive experience across many industries focusing on Corporate & Financial Management, Strategy & Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Investor Relations & Corporate Governance.
