Resignation of Chief Executive Officer
Intiger Group Ltd (ASX:IAM) (IAM or the Company), advises that Chief Executive Officer, George Jaja, has concluded his employment with the Company, effective 1 November 2019.
Concurrently, the Company wishes to advise that Chief Technology Officer, Tim Thornton, will act as Interim Chief Executive Officer.
Chairman Patrick Canion stated: “I would like to thank George for his determination and efforts during his time at Intiger. It has been a pleasure working with him, and the Company wishes him very success for the future."
