APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of Intiger Group Limited ( ASX: IAM ) ( Intiger or the Company ) would like to announce the resignation of Mr Sonu Cheema as Company Secretary of the Company with an effective date of 6 April, 2018 and we express our appreciation to Mr Cheema for his contribution to the Company during his tenure.

The Board of Intiger is pleased to further announce the appointment of Mr Stephen Buckley as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect immediately.

Mr Buckley has more than 35 years’ experience in financial markets having worked in both Australia and New Zealand. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is the Managing Director of a company which specialises in providing company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate advisory services.
