BOARD APPOINTMENTS AND RESIGNATIONS

Resource Star Limited ( RSL or the Company ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Sonu Cheema as a Nonexecutive Director. Mr Cheema is also the Company Secretary of RSL. Mr Cheema is a CPA member and a professional Company Secretary with extensive experience working within the public company domain in Australia and abroad.

The Board of Resource Star Limited would like to advise that, Mr Richard Parker has resigned as a Non-executive Director of the Company. The Board would like to thank Mr Parker during his tenure as a Director of the Company and wish him every success with his future business endeavours.
