Board Changes

Resource Star Limited ( Resource Star or the Company ) announces today that Mr Charles (Bill) Guy has resigned as a Non-Executive Director.

Andrew Bell, the Company’s Chairman, thanks Bill for his contribution to the turn round of RSL over recent months. Mr Bell has worked previously with Bill, noting that it had been a privilege and the Company is disappointed that Bill’s increasing work responsibilities means that he can no longer be available to Resource Star.

Mr Richard Parker has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr Parker is a businessman based in Western Australia, with over twenty (20) years in managing and developing various projects in Australia. His earlier experience in the transport and mining industries included management positions responsible for plant and maintenance, health and safety, and mine safety.

Mr Parker’s entrepreneurial drive, knowledge and investor contacts make him a worthy replacement as the Company moves to the next stage of its development.

Richard is welcomed to the Board.
