Board Movements

Resource Star Limited ( Resource Star or the Company ) advises that both Mr Robert Benussi and Mr Simon Heggen have tendered their resignations from their respective roles of Non-Executive Director and Managing Director effective 31 March and 5 April 2013.

Mr Benussi and Mr Heggen wish to pursue other business interests and they also believe that the time is appropriate for new Board members to join the Company who can assist the Chairman, Mr Bell with the Company going forward.

Both Mr Benussi and Mr Heggen have been significant contributors with their commitment, advise, energy, and effort on Company strategy and day to day operations since their respective appointments in July 2009 and May 2011 and will be missed.

The Company expresses its appreciation to both Mr Benussi and Mr Heggen and wish them all the very best.

Mr Andrew Bell Chairman, states that “the continuing uncertainties in the uranium market have made it necessary for the Company to seek a diversification to take it in new directions. While retaining its uranium interests, Resource Star will seek to take hands on management of gold operations and is in active discussions in that regard. A further announcement will be made”.
