Malawi – RSL interests

Target: Uranium

High priority radiometric targets identified from airborne geophysics during UN-sponsored Development Program in mid 80’s. Program undertaken by Canadian geophysical contractors, Paterson, Grant, Watson Limited ( PGW ). Little or no follow-up since then. Anomalies re-analysed by PGW in 2007.

Chintheche lease (211 km[2] ) granted to Red Rock Resources Plc in June 2007. Awaiting approval from Commission & Minister for transfer to RSL. Machinga lease (360 km[2] ) grant recommended. Awaiting approval from Minister.

RSL Directors met with Malawi Government officials, 13 Nov 2007, to facilitate the transfer of leases from Red Rock Resources Plc to Retail Star Limited. Very positive meeting.
